At Accessorise Your Devices, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic peripherals and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality and condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
